Florida Gulf Coast University Innovation Hub (the park) is located on 241 acres adjacent to and on the south side of the Southwest Florida International Airport. The park is also within a mile of Florida Gulf Coast University’s main campus. The 241 acre park is located within 2 miles of 730 brand new hotel rooms and the 2,000,000 sq. ft., 205 acre Gulf Coast Town Shopping Center including some of the areas best restaurants, fine dining and shops. Florida Gulf Coast University has joined us as a public private partnership to develop 1.2 million square feet of state-of-the-art research and development area. FGCU is one of the 11 Universities within the state of Florida. FGCU was founded in 1991 has been in operation since 1997.

The Innovation Hub will reflect its commitment to renewable
energy using innovative lake-based solar panels to power the park.
University research and sponsored programs include:

All permits are in place at the park for 1.2 million square feet of research and development space. The site is in the epicenter of future growth and is easily accessible. This is truly a shovel ready site.
